Worst customer experience with the hotel. No room cleaning. Rooms are not as per picture. Washrooms dirty. Room service is pathetic. No proper services have been provided. Toiletries and other essentials are provided on request that to after reminding them 3 times. Housekeeping staff (girl) is cleaning and she is serving food also. Its a worst service that we have paid. High charges according to the service.its horrible in this covid time for higinic

I booked this Hotel for My Business Guest and He told me to book it every time he Visits. Room was very comfortable in every way. Hospitality was up to the mark. Hotel is away from the hassle of the city and is very peaceful. Highly recommended.

The property lies on the main road hence easy to approach. From services to facilities all were average. Both the room and the washroom was clean and at the same tome staff's conduct was good. Overall I had a satisfactory stay.

i had a beautiful experience in this property. Beautiful location and staffs were worthy for their services and food was excellent. But rooms were not up-to the mark but overall I had a very satisfying & happy stay.

The location was easily accessible and the staffs were really helpful and well-mannered. The rooms were really nice and tidy but the main concern I faced was there was no room heater in this cold weather.

Pathetic Service.. Receptionist behavior is Weird! Kettle not working in Room. Even after multiple requests also it isn't changed. Needs lot of improvement in Hospitality!
