I spent 3 days at this place. Overall feeling is very good. Location is only 3 minutes walking from a metro station, the staff was courteous enough to allow us to check in at 1 am. The rooms and washrooms are very clean with toiletries available. The complimentary breakfast was filling to say the least, but the package would have been completed if they had a restaurant in the hotel itself. The can arrange for lunch & dinner in the rooms, but how they source it is not clear. The staff is friendly. Value for money would be a understatement, it's a very good option in the area.

I stayed in this hotel just for the transit purpose even though the location is very good and centrally located. But one thing I feel like to complain they even not offer a bottle of water a complementary. Even hotel charging 200 also offer a water not of bottle but at least of filter. It's better not to offer such a price that you even cannot give a bottle of water.

It was very easy to access the location of hotel as it is very close to the railway station...so no need to travel a lot...services of the hotel was quite up to the mark...and the rooms were very good, neat and spacious...everything was perfectly fine...and as i say about the location and the room size, its good for all..

Room size is decent, break fast spread is limited, staff is very cooperative and helpful, location is on a very wide road given the narrow lanes of Karol Bagh, break fast is only upto 9 am

Overall the stay was very good. The checkin and checkout process was smooth enough. Hotel staff quite good and supportive, the services were very good. All in all it was a nice stay.

Excellent location , good sized neat rooms but they ring u up unnecessarily around 7: 30 am stating that complementary breakfast is only upto 9am
