while entering the hotel the behavior of the manager was very rude and shockingly what was the manager reply for check-in was he has given my booked room to someone else and he told me to take some other hotel which 5 km away from my booked hotel. after so much argument he has decided to give me room and the given room also they broke the lock of door and gave me as they locked their door and unable to open it. I was using the room for five days without lock , I manage to stay there only for the sake of the hotel service guy who was very approachable and helpful. As I was very tied while checkin I stayed there only or else I would have changed the hotel due to the initial argument and goibibo customer service guys also very helpful in solving the issue. actually this hotel does this kind of activity to most of their customers as I came to know while staying and hope they change this attitude soon...

Hotel Srisant Gravityhospitality team made my stay memorable. my overall stay was fully satisfied and value for money I visited this hotel for First time from kanyakumari for official trip. I got best and budget deal from Goibibo. I worried before how the hotel stay and service is going to be but upon check in receptionist welcomed me very happily and he gave a good A/c room for my stay and also till I get checkout they treated me well I felt I was In a 5star hotel. this hotel is near the residential area and quiet ambiance. WiFi was very speed for my web conference as a corporate client they fulfilled my requirements.I will recommend my company colleagues to stay at this hotel always. Thank you, Petharaj.

my stay at the sreesanth of gravity hospitality lodge in madurai on the 24th was a terrible experience. when we got there, we were given two single rooms instead of the two deluxe suites we had reserved for five people. they told us they were all booked when we asked. four people must share a double bed in an 80 square foot room with ac water dripping on the bed, no hot water, no room service, and nowhere to put clothes. all in all, it was a horrible experience; please do not rent a room here.

The staffs were very cooperative and cordial. The rooms were clean and neat. The bathrooms were well cleaned. The location ware about 2kms from Mattuthavani bus stand and nearly 5kms from the Meenakshi Temple. The property is located in a good locality and is easily accessible.
