SRM Inn

the property named srm inn is an apartment and not a hotel. the apartment in which i stayed had one bedroom, hall, kitchen and bathroom. the bedroom is airconditioned and had tv. tiny bathroom with instant water heater. no mixture for shower, no mirror and no wash basin in the bathroom. the toilet commode had black plaque. towel smelled like cheese. no toiletries were provided. the door to the apartment opens to a empty site used as garbage dump. there is no reception and no one to attend (no room service, no drinking water. there is no power backup (ups/generator). the property doesnot have any restaurant and there is none in the vicinity except a roadside eatory nearby. there was power-cut during my over night stay. star rated hotels are available in the town, within 15 minutes drive. the property qualifies to be a cheaper lodge and does not qualify as a hotel with daily rental of 2400+. i booked the property with faith but was a great disappointment. please inspect the property before offering to your valuable customers. i have a responsibility of helping fellow future customers.

horrible to the core. street room and unmanned show for security aspect,not worth even rs 1200 max, midnight power cut for 15 mins, no ups or genset, no water for drinking, no soap, paste, poor contaminated water closet, medium size cot has been placed but specification says king size, tons of mosquitoes. just stayed 5 hours without options and moved to next options inside city.
