Sterling Panchgani

This is a comparatively new property (around 2-3 year old) of Sterling which has well established properties across the country. Despite being new, the property ticks all the boxes of a decent Sterling property. Rooms are nice and spacious. Indoor Amenities and pool are well maintained and have plenty of options to spend quality time with family. Restaurant is bit small and have some great margin of improvement in terms of ambience but what it lacks in show gets compensated with the food quality. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and both days, all items were very nice. Menu can have a few more additions to offer some range. Room service was fast and any request was fulfilled within minutes. I requested some additional stuff which were provided within minutes by the staff. Now, the main thing which makes this property recommendable to others, the hotel staff. I would love to mention few names who were exceptional in treating customers. First, the reception manager Sanjay who is very very cordial and responsive to any request and second, restaurant manager Anshu, who really ensures that food is served with a smile. We had a wonderful stay in Sterling Panchgani and would really love to visit some time again!

Overall, Sterling Hotel in Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it for its excellent service, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. We had a memorable time and would definitely return.

we stayed there for one night..i must appreciate the restaurant team effort to make guest comfortable and for their wonderful service. Restaurant manager Mr. Jagmohan is so helpful he takes care of every guest personally. We liked his behavior. Regarding food  I will give 5 star…we been mahableshwar panchgani many times but sterling food is authentic typically north Indian taste in all dishes. Buffet breakfast spread is too good for vegetarians. My daughter enjoyed a lot. Compare to other hotels their buffet spread is more and tasty. Our room was clean bigger. Property location is too good, silent hill view facing and calm. I would definitely stay there again.

View- really awesome, ambience and cleanliness- perfect, staff and hospitality- great! Only minus point is the food quantity and taste. Not really good and also expensive. Breakfast does have a good no. Of items. Also the place is a little far from the places of sight seeing and markets. But that's also good if you want a peaceful stay. Overall the property is value for money! We just loved the ambience and view. If you wish to enjoy the Mountain View then this place is fab! I wish the food was as good too!
