I had an amazing experience in the Sunshine Room with one of the best views I've ever seen. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and the bathroom was one of the largest I've ever encountered. My primary purpose for visiting was to meditate and recharge, which the peaceful and quiet environment facilitated perfectly, making it an ideal location for a self-meditation retreat. However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve. For instance, a keyholder in the passage would be convenient, and the bathroom could benefit from additional shelves to hold items such as shampoo sachets, body wash, and loofahs. Moreover, a hanger for clothes would be useful in the bathroom. Although the staff was nice, they were reactive and not proactive. The food was overpriced, and I did not feel it was worth the cost

We, 3 retired friends, booked 3 rooms for our 3 families. The rooms are so small, moving around was so difficult. One needs to climb lots of steps to reach the room. You shouldn't spend all your energy in sight seeing. Preserve some to go to your room as there is no lift. We ordered for 6 cups of tea, which was not served even after 45 minutes. We left for sightseeing without tea. Wifi was very poor and will be switched off in the night time. Hot water was another problem. Lot of attention was given on ambience but nothing on service. The bathroom door was wobbling coz of winds through ventilator and making sound throughout the night. Had sleepless night. I DO NOT recommend this even to my enemy.

The View from the Family room is fantastic. but that's all tbat is good about the hotel. Manager Pawan is pathetic. Argues for any issues. There was no water gor 3 hours when we checked in. There's very limited parking space. Since they park Back 2 Back, either they will bang you door at 6 to remive your car or you have to wait 45mins forbthe car behind you to be removed. Food is tasty snd good. And not to mention the pathetic road that reaches to the hotel. Broken. Narrow and muddy.

Very very poor, location is horrible very steep and narrow, quite away from the city, beds and pillow not good out of shape torn bed sheets, pest and lizard everywhere, good very very poor, overall horrible no internet in few rooms. recommended not to book by seeing the colorful room.
