The problem that i faced in this hotel was like they hired a taxi for me and they took a lots of money from me and the services of their was also very bad and the manager of the hotel who hired the taxi for me on his wordings i booked the taxi like he said that the behavior of the taxi driver is very good and his services are very good and then he hired the taxi for me but after that i found his services very bad and i took him from shimla to manali and i booked that taxi for 2 days but i know how i spent one day with him and on the next day i left him because i was not feeling comfortable with him so i just left him....But the Hotel was good but the service that they provided was not that good..overall its a decent stay.

worst experience ever..our bus was scheduled to arrive by 9'o clock so accordingly we booked from 12'o clock..but the bus reached by 5..even after knowing this the hotel owner was not ready to open the gate.. at last they opened it after charging extra..though their charging extra was logical..but their stubbornness was deplorable..if the bus reached before time it was not our fault..the hotel manager even asked us to cancel our booking..that too in the morning 5'o clock..in a strange place

My stay in this hotel went quite well and comfortable..they have excellent service quality and staff with clean rooms and bathrooms..food I did not eat here so won't be able to rate that but besides that this hotel is more suitable for business and family stay..it one of the best hotels in accordance to what they charge you for..great stay here and worthy money spent.

I stayed in the hotel for a week and it was a pleasant stay there ..... Hotel is number 1 service provider... delicious food.....very good people around staff and specially the owner of Hotel is very down to earth personality. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel was good but location was 5km far away from Mall road which you have to cover from city bus. Hotel service was good and food quality was also good. hotel staff was cooperative with nature. I recommend this to you if you want cheap and better hotel

it was bad experience in the hotel, they provided us used towel, there was no toilet paper in the toilet. they didn't cleaned the room, food was ok

There is dog sleeping inside their store room. I don't thinks its safe to eat food from this hotel.
