It is not a 4 star property , The rooms doesn't have air conditioners and heaters so in case off too hot or too cold you may suffer , food is good and staff is helpful . But i will strongly pass on the message to the hotel owners that when you call a hotel a 4 star property there should be a all time all weather heating and cooling system should be available and at the same price band there are many other good property 4 star property are available in manali , so if you are getting paid as per a 4 star property assumption then the hotel amenities must have the same

It is a best hotel I have ever stayed. The room is spacious and with a big balcony. Hotel staff is also very supportive. The location is also very good, we have a view of hampta pass mountains from our room. The hotel staff is very supportive, they have even provided the dinner after dinner timming as we reached late night at the tome of checkin.

the hotel has all amenities in a four star setting food is good staff are very friendly and can even get you any daily supplies from shops and the view Is amazing from the balcony chocolate milkshake most recommended drink and even hot chocolate
