Have booked the hotel through Bharat Booking and stayed there on 6th and 7th June 2016. Coming to the location one have to climb a steep for 200mts to reach the hotel. Rooms are very much conjested with no ceiling fans(not necessary), bed is very old with disgusting noise, no ventilation, night lamps bulbs are fused and lack of cleansiness. On asking for a shampoo pouch the room service guy said directly we do not provide shampoo pouch which is of just Re 1. However the quality of food is very good which should be given 5 stars.

Our stay hotel Taj Palace was nothing short of perfect. The spacious family Suite with its stunning balcony views was a dream come true. The kids loved it and we appreciated the convenience of the lift and parking. Being so closed to the mall road was a bonus. the stop was enclavedi friendly and accommodating, even with our furry friend.

Hotel Taj Palace feels more like a lodge than a proper hotel. The wooden furniture is outdated and in need of maintenance. Curtains are not well maintained either. The room itself feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The only positive points are its convenient location and the good housekeeping service. Not recommend at all

Taj palace offered a serene escape admit bustling Shimla. Our room's balcony provided breathtaking views of the mountains.The lift was a lifesaver with our luggage, and the nearby Mall Road was perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was delightful surprise. A truly memorable experience.

"This hotel feels more like an old lodge. We booked a two-room suite, but it felt more like a hostel. The furniture was broken, and the TV had no connection. The only positives were its convenient location and good room service." Will not recommend

Hotel Room was good and cleaning was proper with nice complementory breakfast and staff behavior was good . only issue was Wifi range issue and TV channels.Hotel location is near to mall road walking distance 15 to 20 minute.
