The hotel is situated at a perfect spot which made it easy for us to look around the place however the service was not upto the mark as per the charges we paid... if we needed the housekeeping people we needed to call them atleast 3 times before they showed up... the food at the hotel is not good but they have the price hiked up so much that we had to always have food somewhere else.. but the hotel itself is good and in a good location so that is the only good thing about Tara palace.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is on the marine drive and you just have to cross the road and you are on the beach. Also, the Jagannath temple is within 2km from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They also provide taxi services for tours to Chilika lake and Sun Konark temple. My only concern is with cleanliness of balcony which needs to be improved.

Excellent location, polite and courteous staff, very helpful and delicious cuisine. The hotel is well maintained and especially sea view is wonderful while walking to Puri beach is just 2 minutes from the hotel. Hotel also arranged trips to Jagannath temple, Konark Temple and Bhubaneswar temples and various other nearby sights. May seem a little costlier, but it is worth every penny!

The house keeping and the ssrvice staffs are not well aware of their job executions. According to the menu card many food items are not avaiable. Tandoori is not at all avaiable as they dont have the cook. Staffs apart from Mr Mukerjee and Ms Priyanka cannot understand english at all and are very average in their communication skills.

Location is the only benefit.There are 2 types of rooms available deluxe and super deluxe and Only Super deluxe rooms are sea-facing.They are only promoting super deluxe rooms over. Deluxe rooms are too bad and not worth.They are not even providing plates if bringing outside food, at least this is a basic service everyone provides.

Great place to stay at puri. It is a sea facing hotel. Room service was excellent. Food was amazing specially fish . All service staffs are very helpful. Hotel management has taken great care of hygiene and cleaning. It is my recommendation to all to stay at this hotel and enjoy their services.

hotel staff was good and hotel was well maintained but unlike other hotels in puri it's check out time was 08:00 am beach was just on opposite of road and you can go for walk early morning or in midnight. Puri temple was just one km away and it was on 2km distance from golden beach 🏖️

Hotel is very good in terms of service, food quality and also location. It is run by bengali owner which you will feel in hospitality. They have car parking place available but limited. You may face problem during peak time. All total it was nice experience.
