Stay at the resort was excellent, it first started with upgrade of my premium room to the premium hut and then a late check out. Front desk staff Mr. Dewan Chand was very courteous and helpful. He answered every query I have regarding the resort and it's facilities. Me and my family liked our stay at the resort. There are 10 feedbacks I have: 1) Resort view and surrounding was great 2) All Staffs behaviour was great 3) Rooms are good but you need to be careful with big spiders in room and washrooms(ask for help) 4) Food quality and taste was awesome but on little higher priced (Need a relook at price) 5) Discotheque night was awesome 6) Good options of activities like TT, Badminton and others 7) Room service is bit slow due to rooms are far from Restaurant ( More staffs need to be deployed) 8) Be careful with Monkeys ( They can't do anything) 9) Resort should do something with stray dogs ( Tie them if they can) 10) Welcome drink need to be served without asking ( same as point 7) Overall it was a great stay at resort there are few improvements which can be done by Mint Hotels as suggested above. I will give 8 star out of 10, hope this will help others who are planning their vacation at the resort.

We were a group of 30+ and took 15 rooms from Mint. Keshav jee (manager at front desk), Rohit jee (manager for F&B) were very helpful from the start. the group loved the hospitality. Food was nice and the big open terrace outside restaurant was a hot spot for us. it is a huge property, the highest and biggest in Chail. We recommend this place to all. ample parking for upto 30-40 cars, fantastic views of sunset too.

wonderful resort at a picturesque location. we visited their along with families. However service quality needs uplifting as my brother requested for a dental kit and it never was provided even after acknowledgement . Second thing: the breakfast Buffett was very crowdy and guests were literally running to get the food as the food items were not being refilled so fast. again a service issue. Rest was up to the mark

awesome resort too good to stay ... staff is very cooperative ...food quality and quantity is really appreciative ....glass room is full bundle of romantic stay.....kids play area is also there .... important thing is to arrive the hotel during day light ...hotel is situated at remote area although it is safe whenever u want to come.....best experience ever

The Hotel Staff is Very Cooperative and Down to Earth. The food was delicious and the cleanliness is up to the mark. Resort Managers are ready to help u always as and when required. Good Food, Cooperative Staff, Cleaniness, Kids Friendly Enviornment and Nature view at it's best. Moreover it is well connected from Delhi and roads are well maintained.

No doubt the resort was amazing...the property is old and needs brush up and renovation but overall its a wonderful experience...the calmness and peace is the selling point...the nature is at its best here...not like shimla where everything is concrete its jungle and mountains are the real beauty...nature lovers are at winning position😊😊😊

Heavenly environment and beautiful views. Food is tasteful and they do serve wide variety. Its a pleasant drive from delhi and roads have also improved since last time I visited. Huge resort so lot of places to venture out and especially the trek to kali ka tibba with worth the efforts. Must visit for nature lovers.

Great hospitality spacious rooms staff was very polite and cooperative food quality was delicious but go in a group only as there is no other activities nearby to resort main market is 6 km away and transportation is only private taxi food quality was really awesome and staff behaviour was really appreciable

I booked the hotel in a hurry as it was sudden plan by family to take a short break.I am very much happy that I made a right choice in selecting this place as it’s heaven on earth. Each and every staff member was so helpful. Every minute requirement was fulfilled. My toddler was so happy as she got her space.

Exsellent stay with awesome view. Food is very Tasty - Both Veg and Non-Veg. Staff is very supportive. Lots of Activities along with Gaming and Swimming pool. Jogger track is again must to explore. Everything- Environment, Food, Activities...
