Poorly Managed & Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Stayed at Trattino Resort for 2 days and had a very unpleasant experience. The property was ill-managed with fewer staff than needed. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo provided. Shockingly, there was an empty vodka bottle left in the balcony – quite insensitive for a Muslim guest. The breakfast was terrible – no variety at all. Just bread, butter, poha, and chai. No fruits, eggs, or anything substantial. Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was frustrating as I needed it for work. The location listed online is incorrect and caused over an hour of delay finding the place. On top of that, the owner stopped responding to calls after the payment was made. No bonfire, no hospitality, and rude staff. Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was good. Mising is their own food. We only have option for brekfast. Lucn and dinner need to get from outside. But there is one water fall, thats view is like (sukoon). Their is very strong wind so consider that also but it is fun when you sit and air flow and you are watching that waterfall that feeling has refreshed me on my trip.

Too good Resort to stay in Panchgani. Rooms were clean and staff as well as owner is too cooperative. One will enjoy while staying there with delicious food made by the chef and viewing scene of mountain

The stay was awesome. However due to some electricity work going around there were constant outages. The stay and the location are very good.
