Treebo Royal Palace, New Delhi

First of all in this hotel there are several problem, I stayed for 3 days and not for single time they came to change bedsheet or for cleaning room, even dustbin was full of waste for 3 days. If you're couple please try to avoid this hotel cuz they will not help you.. Even their AC was dripping whole time, They promised to change room after 2 day of complaining but no room was changed, room are very near reception thus very less privacy, Just don't expect them for breakfast, for 1st and 2nd day they gave paratha and pickel and tea which was just hot water. 3rd day they gave upma puri and sabji( full water and oil) Just don't count breakfast as breakfast they are doing just courtesy, even their bathroom was getting choked, I've uploaded pics, sheets have marks on them no cleanliness.. I requested several time to change sheets, but always telling yes we are doing and doing nothing until I checked out. More imagine for 3 days they don't come and change sheets, much traumatic and more the reception guy he was kinda tall he took my phone to take camera of booking and then was doing review from my phone so here and on treebo app the review are fake.. you will be disappointed if you go.. as couple I'm telling you my horrifying experience to avoid this at any cost. Not maintained, fungus in bathroom, broken furniture. Treebo itself is an overrated chain their customer support don't even know the location of their branches. very poor ambience and customer support.
