Very Good Hotel to stay, decent staff, effective room service, spacious rooms, bed heating system, central heating, hot water available 24/7, good quality food, as i had booked room with breakfast it was really tasty and hygienic, if you are non veg lover then Khayam Chowk is nearby you can have it there, Dal Lake is also on walking distance of 5-7mnts, really had a good stay.

I will definitely say this is the best hotel in Srinagar and its very safe to be because its a hotel in Military area. Room interior is good, facilities best as they provide electric blanket to every room. We had stay there for 2 days and it was super pleasant. Very cooperative desk Managers I have ever seen. Defiantely should opt for this. 5 out of 5

Hotel is very close to Dal Lake. I had the pleasure of taking long walks by the lake side. Staff are very cordial , friendly and service oriented . The reception team is also very responsive. I didn't go for the buffet food but had some other items which I liked. The shop selling Kashmiri garments is very good and I picked up some lovely material.

Hotel rooms was awesome..... all ppls in srinagar knows where the hotel is situated easily so that transportation was easy..... hotel owner and manager responses to guest as a friend that make us much happy .... continue ur service and make guests happy thank you ....

Hotel is superb. Great value for money. Food is aweasome but breakfast buffet needs to improve as not much option available. Excellent rooms with top class interiors. Strongly recommended to all business as well as family travellers.
