Overall the cleanliness was good. The bathroom was very clean. The room service and general staff was very efficient and courteous. Unfortunately the experience we had with the receptionist was not at all justified in this hospitality industry especially in this nice hotel. The person in subject refused us drinking water stating hotel policy does not allow for provision of drinking water in the rooms due to Covid. Drinking water bottle is provided only on payment of the same. We had just arrived from Mumbai where we stayed at Hotel Rang Sharda at Bandra Reclamation and was provided within the room cost with 6 * 500ml bottles of bisleri water for three of us. After travelling such a long journey, the least they could have provided was a small 250ml bottle of water as a token of welcoming the guests. Overall the stay was pleasant. I will definitely visit again but with my own drinking water.

Very bad n worst experience, food quality was also bad , there was no sofa no table no bath tub also rooms are too small , 00 Value for money , also checkout time was shown 12 n hotel management's were askg for checkout at 11am
