i booked a valley view room but the owner gave me some other room, when i objected he told me to cancel the booking , behaviour was rude.as it was late in the evening i had no choice but to agree to their condition.room service was bad, mattress was stained, didn't change it even after requesting for it. room service was too bad...overall experience was horrible....

We booked the Delux room online but when we reached we got an ordinary room. On trying to talk to the owner he just said that all Delux rooms are booked and no other resolution was provided. There is no almirah. The TV is also not working. One of the door lock is also broken. Never ever recommend this to anyone. Unsatisfied Totally!!!!

stay is good. the staff is also really good. staff will listen to our concerns and they will respond immediately. It has all the facilities hot water and hair dryer

View from hotel was awesome. TV was not working. Way to hotel is too narrow from the road. Heater was not included with booking , you have to pay separately for it.

Not a single table,no chair in room . No fans in room. Bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan . Very poor facility .
