Although small and cozy property the hotel met all my expectations from having clean western toilets with 24/7 running warm water to free wifi,besides the hotel is also located just in the perfect neighborhood of Srinagar right beside Khyber hospital. Caretaker of the property attended us very well and also his behaviour was quite polite and also the quality of the food is very good, but since we went during off season we had to order the food atleast 3hrs prior having it. Overall a great and pleasent experience, surely will visit again, cheers.

very good value for money, good staff, everything is available in room. located in market area everything is availble in market n walking distance from dal lake. He serve us breakfast aloo prantha with curd n tea which is very yummy. I dont know why people wrote false reviews i suggest to other travellers for this hotel. I also request to hotel manager for providing wifi service to cuatomers.

Located at good location: 2km from TRC, near khyber hospital, in front of Hotel Royal Arabia. Bit difficult to find at first, just take side lane of Khyber hospital, a narrow lane. Awesome Nonveg food joints nearby: Delhi Darbaar, Shahi Darbaar etc. Room is value for money. Owner is very cooperative. TV, hot water available.

good hotel very near to the khayber hospital. I like service of hotel. welcome tea loved. room is carpeted with electric blanket. only problem is they have not own parking space.

Wonderful, responsive and helpful staff. Small hotel. Nice and clean toilets and beds. Located close to Dal Lake and Dal Gate. Due to Eid holidays, food was not available.
