reached at 3pm for check in and still had to wait for 20 minutes as the management said the previous guests vacated the room very late and the room is being cleaned.ok post check in it was evident that the room was never cleaned properly, shabby bed sheets, smelly everywhere, no tea coffee kit was available in the room and no toiletries were placed ready.the room was filled with bees and flies which I hard time in clearing those out of the balcony door we booked a premium sea view room and had this experience.only the view from the room was nice which I would rate 4/5, rest everything was 1/5

well the establishment is at a prime location with a picturesque backdrop. but the room we opted for i.e. private pool room looked a bit unbalanced in terms of charges and amenities provided. a.c facility was sub-standard. roof in one side was damp. Jacuzzi is good to an extent. for complimentary breakfast we need to move another of their cafe not so far,which too is in a beautiful location but complimentary breakfast maybe looked into (all may not like ) . But staff were helpful and cordial.

Booked Premium rooms for 2 nights. Room was extremely dirty and poorly managed. The bed and pillows were not changed and dirty also there was bad odour in room. I asked for tissue paper and their staff came with toilet paper and said we are left with this only. Don't get fooled by their property pictures on internet, it was totally different in real. I checked out a day earlier because their service was unbearable. Totally waste of money.

Lovely location with great views ..Place was amazing.. Hotel staff was very supportive ..I had injured my leg so could not climb the stairs for the room allocated on 1st floor since lift is not there ... On request they upgraded to ground floor with premium room with very basic additional amount .. Thanks for the support. Location is just wow on the cliff with all shops and restaurants closeby

We booked the premium room but it did not look like premium rather it was kind of non AC low cost room. It was rainy season and water was leaking inside, they have put towels to block it. Bathroom was not clean enough, sometime there was no water in it. The ceiling was dirty. All over it was a bad experience to stay there

We didnt mange to stay in this room as the hotel gave us a different room other than shown in the picture . The room was totally with not a good view The hotel management cancelling our booking , as a foreigner we had trouble to book a another room , and totally they wasted our time . Regret booking this hotel

These guys have mentioned Swimming pool as an amenity! once you visit this hotel is when you would realize they don't have a swimming pool. They would ask u to walk 600 feet from the hotel to access swimming pool.

Stay was Good. Had booked partial sea view room, but when I reached there, the room was not available. So they gave sea view room on offer price. view to sea is great, room is great, but AC was very bad.

Very small rooms, Don't even dare to book the standard non AC room. It looked more like a janitor room.Had to upgrade to deluxe ac and had to pay a good amount for it! Room size
