THIS WAS MY SECOND TRIP TO THIS HOTEL AND I WONT RECOMMEND IT ANY MORE. IT WAS LIKE HEAVEN IN THE FIRST TRIP, ROOMS WERE CLEAN, SERVICE WAS QUICK AS IT WAS RECENTLY INAUGRATED, EVERY THING WAS JUST FINE BUT IT BECAME WORST WITH THE TIME IN MY SECOND TRIP SERVICE WAS LIKE 0/10 AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DIRTY BEDSHEETS AND PILLOWS THEY DINT CHANGED IT 2ND DAY NO WATER SHOWER WAS LEAKING WASHROOM WAS DIRTY. OVERALL THE SERVICES AND STANDARD OF THIS HOTEL WAS DEGRADED WITH TIME.

tv was not working. hotel owner was switchoff ac every now and then and giving excuse of power saving. no intercom facility. evertime you need something you have to go downstairs to reception. toilet flush was not working
