I would like to give 5/5 to this property certainly but due to some service related issues I can't rate it better. Goods points are 1 Hotel property is very huge which one can't imagine. They have variety of accommodations available. 2. Greenery is well maintained with good number of trees and plants. Benches are available for sitting in lawn areas 3. Food quality is very good. 4. Parking is enough and location is also easily noticeable. 5. Very peaceful place as away from main city. Negative points which I have to mention unwillingly 1. According a huge property no proper management observed 2. Fluctuations in power which is not in their control but back up was not adequate hence they had to put off the generator frequently which make us suffer a lot, telephone landline was not working. Later they shifted us to cottage where there was inverter but still landline service was not available which made us felt isolated and unreachable to receiption to avail any service. I don't have any issue with Hotel facilities but they have to be proactive for customers.

I will give honest review 1.easy to find, everyone knows about this hotel you can easily find over Google map also 2.when I entered the hotel in the reception they have smoking zone if you are non smoker you will have bad time 3.rooms are pretty big but very very bad odour 4.rooms and toilets are not clean 5.ac has no remote either on or off also it's making noise(very old window AC they have ) 6.beds are not at all comfortable 7.blankets smelling odd also very thin 8.surrounding areas pretty good ,very good vibe of nature 9.pool also good 10.food average 11.staffs not at all friendly 12.no car facility bring your own or they will arrange autorickshaw they charge you hepti Honestly I would not prefer anyone or neither I am staying here again

The stay was memorable. We booked for 2 nights, the resort is approx 11 km from mandwa and located in main road. The resort is quite spacious surrounded by greenery and perfectly maintained. They having swimming pool, canteen, hammocks, kids play areas, awesome ambience. The house keeping and each every staff were so polite and humble and they have provided the best service. 10/10 on hospitality and service. Will be planning to visit again with family. Cons: CRT Tvs should be updated with LCDs and indoor geyser should be provided. :)

Me and my family had a great time. Resort is nice well maintained with very good staff (Manager, reception, restaurant). Room was nice, nit and cleaned. swimming pool was very nice and well maintained. we will be visiting again very soon. thanks for the hospitality and had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is good, the restaurant in the hotel is good and the staff is also good and helpful.Property is big and has lot of amenities like swimming pool, indoor games, garden, ample parking space. I need to upgrade a few amenities/facilities like there is no consistent hot water for bath.Need to replace boiler of hot water with solar or geyser.Rest everything is good for families.

It's awesome resort as well staff service and very well maintained property must to visit and stay once or twice in year to make ourself refresh and regenerate mind power. Excellent location. It is a huge property Swimming pool is large and clean.Well maitained garden,jogging track. Staff at front desk are friendly and co-operative.Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are neat and tidy.Restaurant staff were polite and helpful.In short it a perfect resort for a weekend gateway or a short vacation.

Pathetic rooms. Broken electrical fittings. Dripping flush. non working charging points. ineffcient room service. stinking smells in room. Stopped clock. though entire building was empty room was allotted in damn corner where we were only tenant on the floor

Good and huge property with nice clean roooms...but very poor service and staff doesn't care about the customers. No watchmen at gate, no one to guide about car park, no one to pick up or drop your luggage.. Absolutely poor service

The best stay when we were searching for our stay many recommended Utropicana but since it was full we booked at Sai Inn and good we don't regret it. Amazing experience ope. Space good cottages we enjoyed our stay here

I stayed with my family for one day and it was pleasant experience...Resort is beautiful with greenary around and is also very calm However room maintenance, food quality and service can be improved further.

The hotel was quiet good, but the only problem was the shower was not working and even the food in the hotel was expensive compare to others... rest the hotel has good ambience, staff was helpful too.
