Who said this is a 2 star hotel, it gives u facilities more more than that. And what a polite and supportive behaviour of the staff, especially Trapti Bagga mam, she is extremely polite and too supportive. And what awesome taste of food, you will get your order late, but that time taken is absolutely worth it. So awesome taste. I asked for a plain dal for my nephew without chillies, they customised it and served it so tasteful. And not to forget the owner mam, she herself takes care of everyone and keeps on asking if we are comfortable and ensures it. The staff guided us so well with the trip and always made sure that we utilize our time well. They made our stay and trip really an enjoyable and memorable one.

Had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, but the management team was extremely flexible and allowed us to check in early without any hassle—a gesture that truly made our day. The hospitality throughout our stay was remarkable. The hotel management deserves special appreciation for their excellent support—they ensured all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay after visiting the temple. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirdi. Their commitment to guest satisfaction truly set them apart. Positive vibes throughout our stay.

We Booked a family room. it had 2 king size beds and one attached washroom. room size was good. facilities were working. bathroom was okay. Food was nice. the staff was cooperative. the hotel is located 1.3 km away from mandir. The hotels helps with dropping to the mandir. The property is however small. But had a comfortable stay. Economical for One/two night stay. The hotel is however located away from majority of the hotels. it is at isolated place, but safe. there are 3-4 hotels on that road. No great view from the windows. But yes Economical and recommended for those who don't want to spend much on stay.

Day 1 and had a very disturbing experience starting with1) food quality excess amount of oil in honey chilly potato and overcooked capsicum made the dish inedible. 2)No almirah provided in the room not even a single space to keep your clothes. 3)T.v is not subscribed with any channels so no source of television entertainment. 4) Excessively small rooms as compared to the money paid.Not worth the money. 5) Hotel located in extreme interior from main road..not a good location. Shirdi has lots many options of cheaper good facility hotels on main road..
