Worst Experience Ever!I booked a room at Hotel Sapphire, Lonavala through *Goibibo* after seeing attractive, polished photos and fake promises of a premium stay. Let me make it very clear: the reality was a complete nightmare.The room we were given initially looked nothing like the photos shown during booking. It was dirty, basic facilities were missing, and it was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid. To add insult to injury, we were forced to pay extra money to *"upgrade"* the room.And guess what? Even after upgrading and paying extra, the so-called "better room" was a disaster:Door lock was broken and unsafe.The fridge was not working at all, with dirt and grime inside it.No basic hygiene was maintained in the room.No complimentary water bottles were provided, even when we were paying per night! Seriously? A budget hotel provides better service than this at a fraction of the cost!The bathroom was filthy, poorly maintained, leaking, and absolutely disgusting.The water dispenser was old, dirty, and unhygienic, not at all suitable for drinking water.Hotel Sapphire management clearly doesn’t care about customer experience at all.*We expected a relaxing holiday in Lonavala but instead ended up feeling frustrated and helpless because of the room conditions.Important note to everyone reading this:If you are booking based on photos, you will be badly disappointed.If you think room would give you even basic facilities like clean drinking water, working fridge, good washroom — forget it.Neither the hotel nor Goibibo will help you after you check-in.horrible experience.If you value your money, your time, your peace of mind — STAY AWAY from Sapphire Hotel Inn.complete disappointment. NEVER AGAIN.

the Stay was really good. mainly the service. They made arrangements as per our requirement we got an access of pool at night 👍that I liked. even we got dinner request after 11 pm just a small complaint tough our room was not that good it's all rusty and old with small queen size bed. but another room was good. please make sure that check the to room first and then check in. all rooms are not same there. it was comfy and peaceful.

Amenities are Good, Food quality is average. service is good, cleanliness should have been better. rooms are full of Mosquitos, they should take a serious action for this. overall it's a average experience staying here. average experience.

the staff behaviour was very good and polite. the bathroom was clean and the food served was delicious. I will surely recommend this to everyone who is coming to lonavala. Aslam Bhai treated us really well and felt like Home.
