Pros:1. Excellent rooms with amazing view2. Spacious and clean rooms, bathroom and linens3. New property, very friendly and polite staff4. Great location, just 500m from Gandhichowk5. Smart TV, Kettle and other basic amenities are well provided6. Free Mineral water, good room service quick and efficientAreas of improvement:1. Can work towards getting more necessary items in the bathroom like toilet papers, shampoo, dental kit etc2. Geyser takes time for hot water, can check for an alternative or use a bigger geyser as it's cold at Dalhousie

worst experience of my whole life. after checking no Staff was available there. we waited for 30 minutes after long tiring journey. no restaurant was there in the hotel to dine in. besides parking they set up the chairs to eat there. dirty towels. no toiletries and tea coffee provided. dust all around in the room. we paid 4000 per day for our stay. not recommended at all.

it's a new hotel with great views of the valley. however the hotel needs to be maintained well and kept free from dirt, bugs and insects. the rooms are pretty small. hopefully the management will pay heed to maintaining higher standards of cleanliness, staff etc.

The food was unhygienic like there was hair in my tea and noodles. Will never want to visit that property. The bedsheets were also dirty. Only the view was good
