Sea Blue

I had horrible experience as a whole.1. The manager was extremely rude and charged Rs.1200/- per day (for 5 days stay) for an extra person, but did not provide the bill for the same.2. The room service was extremely late, one day we ordered breakfast at 08:10am but they did not provide food till 10:00am.After calling the Manager, I got to know that, they did not take the order due to some mistake from their side, and we have to order again.Thus I canceled the order and went out with my family to eat something as we all were starving.3. The location of the hotel is so far, that we had to pay 200/- rupees each side to go to the beach.Making an approximate amount of Rs.500/- each day just for going to the nearest beach and coming back.4. Non of the rooms had TV or Intercoms or extra towel for a room. (I booked 2 rooms)1 towel for one room and if two guests are staying in the same room, they have to use the same towel.5. The Manager forced me to pay the amount of Rs. 9000/- in cash while checking out (as the rest of the amount was already paid online while booking the property) and did not provide any soft copy or hard copy of the bills I paid.He said he will send in what's app but it is still pending. Thus, I don't have any proof of this amount which I paid in cash to the Manager.Last but not the least, he forcefully made us vacate one room on the last day of our stay and we had to shift to one single room early in the morning. I am extremely disappointed.I will definitely give all these feedback to my friends and family and ask them not to trust.I need a refund of the amount I paid in cash, that too without any bills and I want the Manager to be questioned harshly and actions should be taken on him.

I had to cancel the booking for medical reasons. I submitted the necessary proofs as well. There was no refund not any intimation on the request. I got a call at 11pm which I couldn't attend and there was a mail saying I was not reachable on phone and some information is missing. there was no mention of what information was missing and no further response to the email as well. I have lost 7.5k.

l had booked hotel sea blue for 3 nights and 4 days, but they made me stay in some other room and that too only for 2 nights and the condition of that room was very bad. There was no hygiene there, water was dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom. I had made full payment. I got to stay here for 2 nights and the remaining money has not been refunded yet.
