Sea Breeze Sarovar Portico Varca Goa

i would like to give 5 stars to sea breeze sarovar portico for providing an exceptional experience. from the moment i arrived, everything was perfect. the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. the property was beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms offering a relaxing ambiance. the food was another highlight of my stay – delicious, well-prepared, and showcasing a variety of flavors. the hotel’s proximity to varca beach added to its charm, offering a peaceful and scenic getaway. whether it’s the service, amenities, or overall atmosphere, everything about my stay exceeded expectations. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting goa who is looking for a memorable and hassle-free vacation.

1 my recent experience here was frankly unacceptable. from the moment we entered, a prominent ceiling leak in the reception, with water actively pouring onto a sofa, indicated serious maintenance issues. the problems escalated at checkout. we were astonishingly asked to pay for a dirty, used napkin – a completely unacceptable and unhygienic practice. we were also charged for a glass bottle accidentally broken by our child. combining significant property neglect (the leak) with inexplicable charges (the napkin) and then also charging for a minor accident (the bottle) makes for an extremely poor impression. for a "big brand," this level of disrepair and questionable billing practices is simply not good enough.

Worst experience for this hotel. At check-in time , they refused the checkin saying to book another hotel as they cancelled our booking . They weren't ready to give us alternate booking . After so many calls and hotel customer care they degrade hotel as we've booked 4 star hotel and they were giving us 3 star in place of that. It took us 6 hours check-in time to get alternate booking after 10's of calls and that booking is also the base class room in one of the hotel . As we were not getting any hotel last minute we have to accept that . So , dont book and for hotels like Sarovar portico which is biggest chain doesn't worth booking.

The hotel provides you with everything that you need for a short and sweet family outing. clean , spacious place for walking, big swimming pool for adults and small one for kids under 8 yrs, varieties of delicious food in breakfast and dinner, Thanks to it's amazing head chef Mr. Chiranjeet. the staff is also too supportive and cooperative. The hotel is in the interiors of south Goa so you can actually feel the calmness and peace of the woods, away from hustle bustle of city life of North Goa. it's a big yes for this resort, Go for it guys!!!
