Under part renovation, bit clumsy from the front office / reception.A clear pathway and could be neater until lift.Renovation areas not covered, all kept open.But staffs and services are excellent and very proactive 👍.Management could have a better eye on the day to day operations of renovation for client safety. The room is neat with good linens and housekeeping.The client is staying here due to proximity of the medical facilities,only.

We booked a room with King bed but when we went there, there were only twin beds, we had no option but to upgrade to executive room, they took advantage of the situation and quoted a hepty price, the rooms had cockroaches & surroundings were extremely unclean. I do not recommend this place.

Old hotel. Conveniently located near to US Consulate for those going for VISA interview. First room offered was bad. But when I asked for a new room they upgraded free of cost to a deluxe room which was good. In the middle of the city. Very near to US consulate.

Good place to stay. All the important places are near by. A restaurant in the same building will make many things easier. Never need to take an auto/uber to eat. Thousand lights metro is very near and easy transport to airport.

small rooms with hardly any facilities provided. Lift was smelling badly. TV had very few options with ahardly any Hindi channels. Breakfast was bad with only sandwitches proved that too not good. breakfast, room condition

The Seashell hotel need renovation urgently, as foul smell inside room and stairways due you covid closure. I will not recommend anyone for the time being. Staff are cooperative and gentle.

Linens are filthy. At night, cockroaches are running everywhere.Too much of mosquitos. Two nos mosquito repellent is fitted only after reporting. Water from AC completely wetted the floor.

Hotel is situated in the Greams Road. Just 10 minutes walking distance from Appolo Hospital. The restaurant Sangeeta is below the hotel. Food quality is very good with reasonable price.

Did to the cyclone and heavy pour we experienced power cuts. It was not looked into until next evening. Staff has to own up for these situations and shouldve handled in better ways!
