they just marked this property as 3 stareven the property was not even 1 star.the best part in hotel is the view of balcony.there is no facility like 3 star hotel. you will get a normal guest house kind of room.its was neat and clean.you may choose this property for such a short time but don't book this will higher price because property is not even fullfill a single point of 3 star check list.doors are very old like you need kick then it will open. bed is not even comfortable and there is nothing apart from that in this hotel. no sofa only normal chair. small room. no other accessories (soup and common products)

If you want to spoil your stay book this third class hotel which is in front of beech. No services provided by owner. No food / brake fast. They don't even enter your name in there booksIt been threat to security of people, how local police managing this kind of things. Rooms are stinking badly , no hygiene. Used towels spend some more money and go to good hotel.Owner called me early morning and asking for my ETA so pathetic , no sense how they treat their customer. No car parking .

it's an okay place that is not worth the money only good for the view situated in front of the sea no amenities were provided only one towel and blanket were given. basic amenities like water soap nothing was provided. there were two plug points one was not working and the other one was on the door side no table was there to keep the phone if we use that plug points. not that great

I stayed in AC sea view room for 2 days. But first they gave me 1st floor room it was not good as i expected. It was humid and smelly furniture is also not good but after turning on the ac thing got better at least humidity is gone. Then next day they shifted me upstairs, that room was better than this. Over it's great better not to come in August.Beach walk restrictions

location was good as it was located right on the beach itself and mine was the sea view room in which i really enjoyed staying there for 2 nights as a solo traveler, however the staff were not helpful. besides that there was no restaurant in the hotel.if you’re on a budget you can opt for it orelse there are lot of similar options right next to it.

This property is a hidden gem. It is located right at the beach and you can hear the sound waves in your room. If you're planning on visiting Kovalam, this has to be your stay property. The staff is okay, property is not that fancy but the view and area around it for the food and a perfect holiday experience Makes up for it.

the resort is just few steps away from the beach. it is very nice and helpful. the staff are really great, cheerful and helpful. It is very near to lighthouse beach. and the hotel lane has a lot of resturant, cafe, shops. the hotel provides all sort of privacy. you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea.

Location and view was excellent but no amenities was present in room you will only get one small soap and one water bottle for whole stay,no drinking water,no tv. But you will forget all things because staff is good and location and room view is worth it.

no parking facility...needed to walk almost 500 meter after parking car... also we had to pay extra 100 for parking car... ac was not working at all... bed was making squeaky noise while lying... no tv in the room even after paying 2500rs...

Great location! This is one of the most rare hotel at Kovalam Light House beach in which the car/ auto to be reached at door step. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are cooperative and responsive. Pleasent stay for my family.

stay in hotel was nice experience, sea view was nice from hotel, value for money room, hotel is in main kovalam beach, everything in walking distance.. hotel staff were helpful, 24 hrs AC available and water facility.

just an average room no amenities no tv nothing just a bed and not so clean bathroom with a used soap in it. no water bottle when I asked for water he told me to buy from the shop in front. JUST CHECK ANOTHER HOTEL.

Really good location, just opposite to the beach. Room and washroom were clean and fresh linen were provided. Staff especially Sudhir anna was very helpful. Highly recommended.

AC did not work,while Ive been charged for AC room. Room location is good however. Car parking is not available, you need to park far away.
