Pros: Hotel Location is good. You have bus stop and auto stand next to hotel so you can easily go anywhere. Very close to Allepey beach. Its just a budget friendly hotel. You need to order food from Swiggy or many restaurants are available near by hotel.They dont do any room service for food. Cons: You wont get hot water. Most of the time the water from gas pipeline is not at all hot..they should have use solar heater instead but weather is always hot, you can adjust the normal water itself. Please note : there is no such free breakfast. By booking on goibibo we thought we have free breakfast, as it was mentioned in the booking confirmation mail.Everywhere in that location from beach to room mosquitoes are more in the evening. As there are more trees around so need to carry mosquito sticks.

Rooms were clean and big enough for couple. Staff behavior was very good. AC were working properly. Very near to beach The only thing that i missed is the lift as we have one room at 2nd floor and one at ground and we have senior citizen with us. Overall Hotel experience was very good. One Important point - Hotel has two names choice rooms / seaside Residency, sign boards are available for seaside Residency

Not even a board in the name of choice rooms, but the booking address given was choice rooms. I booked a quadruple bed family room. The room was decent enough for one day stay. Pros : 1. Budget friendly and decent stay. Cons: 1. The whole property is taken care only by a single person. The same person plays the role of manager , house keeper. 2. There was no proper board for this hotel.

Pros: 1. Rooms are extremely good. 2. Located near Aleppey Beach. 3. Receptionist was very friendly. Cons: 1. Lack of attitude from Housekeeping staffs. Guest Relations can be improved. 2. There was no room service. even refilling the bottle was done by us. Overall we enjoyed the stay @ choice rooms. Thank you for your Hospitality.

it was a good stay for me and my friends but the original name of the hotel is oyo rooms I don't knew why they have named choice rooms staff was helpful and supportive and also polite, very near to the beach area and cleanliness is on the topI love it as there are no restrictions and we never felt uncomfortable

The location of the property is on main road just about 1km before the Aleppey beach. But the rooms condition was not upto the mark and as per our expectations as the bed sheet provided and bathroom was not clean. Even the room provided at ground floor was not ventilated enough and was dark.

The breakfast is a terrible one. And they donot have a great staff to take a good care of you. I used to go directly to reception for my concerns as they would often not pickup phone at reception or keep it engaged. Not worth the money. But served my purpose for the night hence 3 stars.
