The location is great for the price i paid as it's at a walking distance from the Arjuna beach. It was clean. However, the owner did not even have the curtsey to offer us tea/coffee despite we proactively asked her for and there was anyway a complementary breakfast mentioned on my deal. She did not even have an idea that we were scheduled for a check-in that day. The place had a fridge but no microwave to reheat our pizzas that we ordered and saved some for next morning as breakfast, as there were hardly any restaurant that served Indian food. Overpriced European is all you get in that area. And, to dip my experience further, when we asked the landlady for a little sauce as the delivery person missed it, she said she doesn't keep ketchups!!! Who doesn't keep a ketchup???!!!!

I recently completed my 3 day trip to Goa, yes it was less still every minute of it was amazing. The stay here was very awesome thanks to the owners for making this as an ideal place. Yes its not flashy and catchy but you will love to stay here after all the hush and hoopla that Goa offers you. This place totally reflects the Goa culture of "live and let live". Very understanding. accommodative and co-operative owners who are willing to go all the way to help. The place is also near by to lot of beaches with GPS you can trace a number of short cuts to most of the places around. German Bakery is just walking distance from this place and I am sure all who live here would enjoy and want to come down again. I am looking for a trip again in MAY and would surely love to live here.

It was difficult to find the place. But the owners were very kind to pick me up. Very friendly owners. Very clean and calm place to stay and chill. Close to many famous shacks. Although I didn't had airtel/docomo network in my room. So kinda really chilled out without the phone calls and city shores. Thank you for wonderful stay.

Peaceful stay in middle Anjuna, 10 mins walking from the beach, frerindly owner with tow lovely dogs.... PS - Dont forget to ask the price before u order tea/coffee, they charged just Rs. 50 for a small cup of normal tea.....

The guest house was very comfortable and the owner was very friendly. Located just 5 mins walk from Anjuna beach and Curlies. Good place to destress and located far from the crowded baga and calangute areas.

Nothing to worry about the rooms are reasonable and comfortable, the owners are very sweet especially Natty, located little away from beach but yet it's convenient to various restaurants around.
