i have stayed in this hotel for 3 days. the hotel is rated 3 star. however my expirience is very bad. first of all the location is very filthy and congested. i have to change the rooms 3 times due to geyser not working, ac very poor condition and toilets seat covers broken. it took them 1 hr to give me the soap. one time they asked me to pay for it. cleanliness is very poor. linen supplied looks it was not washed and not changed for years. overall conditions are very very poor. its my expirience.

I had booked it for 5 days, after 1 day I got my room changed as AC controls were not functioning. The bigger problem in this rooms are the toilet comode, they are faulty. doesn't get flushed off by flushing, very much not recommended to stay.(Disgusting) I stayed in 2 rooms and both had this problem, so i guess it's all the rooms have the comode problem. No Wifi, no water, towels worn-out.

An awesome hotel in Navi Mumbai. Just at walking distance from CBD Belapur Railway Station. Superb Hotel. One thing I want to mention that In TV all channels are available with HD also. Linens are neat & Clean. Room Service is superb. If anyone is planning for stay in Navi Mumbai then definitely should try this hotel. You will definitely like it.

The entrance to the hotel is congested and little dirty since building renovation is going on. Staff is very polite and disciplined. Room is neat and clean. Hygiene is maintained. Best room in Budget in Navi Mumbai

Not clean and all furniture are old and broken. Buy near to belapur station good for b p marine student. Stuff are good.. Request to owner he must visit and check the rooms and repair

Rooms are not maintained. They just provide accommodation. Even water bottles are not available. You will have to go down and purchase for a shop.

hotel is situated near belapur station but difficult to find. over all ok . no fans in the room only ac. i stayed for abt 5 days .
