Rooms are good but not that spacious. But everything else is superb as the hotel provides good amenities and services like WiFi, 24 hours hot running water, Room cleaning is done on time if you ask them to, TT room, toiletries, room slippers etc. The food is great too, we had breakfast and dinner buffet and they have provided a lot of options in the same and the quality & taste is good. The hotel location is good as well as they are around 500 meters away from the main market (The Mall Road market and the local market). Overall it was a great experience with the service and the room was good too.

Very Good experience..polite staff..neat and clean rooms with bathrooms..I booked super deluxe room with nice view..amazing free breakfast with room I will suggest to go for free breakfast while booking rooms..quick service at room..near to mall road easy to find food spots as per budget looking forward to explore next time soon as they say nice stay can make your journey smooth it happened..I am super happy with the service..will visit again😊

We opted for super luxery room with breakfast plus dinner/lunch plan. We got higher floor (6th) and views are indeed great. But our heart was stolen by their dinner/lunch buffet. The provided food was sufficient for four persons. Room heating working absolutely fine, that's the main reason to book this hotel. 1. Dinner/lunch buffet 2. Room heating 3. Proximity to mall road 4. Ease of transportation (Cab availablity at high court parking)

Overall best experience..hotel is on mall road.. view from the hotel is best.. we stayed here for three days.. room service is quick.. and hotel people are very cooperative....room and bathroom were clean..thanks hotel shingar for making our vacation beautiful..loved the hotel

It is at the end point of mall road, close to parking if you coming through car. We were vehicleless so walked 2 kilometers from old bus stand. The rooms are nice and clean. Food is expensive but good. Clean rooms and nice food. Instead of fan there was a mirror on top.

i checked on 30th sep and rooms are very neat and spacious .it is on the mall road and good place to stay at shimla for families and couples .Food quality is really very good .i enjoyed it and great thanks to cheff.😀.it is good place to stay
