The homestay was nice. It was clean. The host is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good english. Dont hire any tour guides instead just have a chat with the host (Rohit). The only thing that was difficult for us was the transportation between the homestay and main town shimla. There are buses but the last bus from shimla departs at 7 if you miss that bus then you will have to take a cab which is going to make a hole in your wallet. If your travelling in your vehicle then nothing like it. Apart from transportation. This place is nice

Mr. Rohit and the family members treated us the best a Homestay can provide; Infact was more than what one could expect for. Don't bother even if the Homestay is bit far from the main town, as they will make you feel, as if, u are at home. A lot of thanks to Mr. Rohit and family. A special thanks to auntyji for the desi nuska (medicine) and a caring love.

awesome behaviour and hospitality of owner. price is unbeatable, home.made food facilities and cab facilities at genuine pricing. can't find a better place other than shivanchal.home stay. one only problem is the distance from shimla.city and sight seeing places are little.bit far but that is acceptable if u have cab and hired vehicle facilities

Rooms were clean. View was amazing. Caretaker taken good care of us. Only problem we faced that food was not good. Expect that everything was perfect. And it's 5km away from mall road. I would highly recommend anyone to go for it
