NO HOT WATER FACILITY AT HOTEL, WHENEVER WE NEED TO TAKE BATH THEY USE TO TAKE 30-40MINS TO BRING BUCKET OF HOT WATER. STAFF WAS NICE TO TALK WITH BUT THESE THINGS SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE BY OWNER WHO SEEMS TO IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON. SECONDLY NOWHERE ON ** IT SAYS ITS PURE VEGETARIAN HOTEL. ALSO EVERYTIME WE USE TP ORDER FOOD IT TOOK TO M ATLEAST 30-40 TO TELLS US SORRY SIR WE CANT HELP YOU WITH THAT PLEASE ORDER SOMETHING ELSE. ALSO FOOD QUALITY WAS PATHETIC WE HAD FOOD JUST TO SURVIVE.. SO EVERYDAY WE USE TO TRAVELL IN MORNING AND COME AT NIGHT TO HOTEL AFTER HAVING FOOD.. AT A PLACE LIKE MANALI WHICH CURRENTLY IS ABOUT TEMP LIKE -4C I GUESS NO ONE WOULD LIKE TO WAIT FOR 30-40MINS FOR ONE BUCKET SO IF ITS GROUP OF 5 LIKE OURS THEN USUALLY IT WILL TAKE 3HRS TO GET READY EVERYDAY. ALSO WE GOT TO KNOW THAT WE COULD HAVE BOOKED ENTIRE STAY WITH BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER FOR ** WHICH WE PAID. NO NETWORK WAS AVAILBLE THERE TO COMPLAINT DURING THE STAY SO I HOPE I ANSWERED ALL CUSTOMER RELATED QUIRIES.. ALSO AS QUOTED BY AGENT THAT YOU GUYS ARE MIDDIATORS STILL PLEASE TAKE MY REQUEST A BIT SERIOUSLY. THANKS TAKE CARE😊😊..............

If you go to Manali. You can stay in Sidh Cottage which is located on a hill and away from all the hussle bussle of the roads. If you are kind of a person who wants to stay at a quiet place where you can enjoy the nature with your spouse or family.

Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. area is spacious and one of the best in a Manali.I have experienced.
