Very bad experience...staff is not cooperative and their behaviour is also not as per standard. Booked something else and they gave another room. They also refused to change room after a complaint. Food was also not tasty and very costly. Washroom was very small and smelly, They didn't even provide a bucket and chowki.

Very bad smell in room no towels even no telephone. when asked on receptionist, his behavior was very rude and unprofessional. morning we asked for Breakfast in Room, they denied. again request then they deliver but tea is Cold and parathe also. plz don't boom such horrible hotel.

the room was not good at all and however 2 time in the beginning they gave 2 key which were already occupied and we have disturbed others .. it was not a good activity and room was too bad even AC was not working

Iris is a good hotel but rooms need to be look upon , bathtub has no hot water coming essential in winters , blacked out curtains were not there we could not sleep well have to leave in middle of night
