Sree Mookambika Beach Resort

This hotel is not worth as per price. The hotel is located inside a very narrow gully. You have to walk approx 1 km from taxi stand carrying the luggage. I have book 2 room with balcony but the hotel provide 1 room with balcony and another left over room which is not cleaned and water is logged in bathroom, cockroach and insects are all over in bathroom, blanket and screen are smelly, fan only operate on 5 as regulater is not working. Service quality is very bad when I asked for water they told me come to downstairs and collect the water bottle. In amenities, water bottle was included in goibio but the hotel told it is not free. Room conditions was not adjustable for 1 night, you don't have any privacy because the window screens are not properly covered the window and bathroom door was broken as well as not opened properly because of rusting. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL THE SAME ROOM WHICH YOU BOOKED FROM GOIBIO. When I told them that my mother and father are not comfortable in the room , the hotel staff told if you don't like we will cancel but they are not ready to give another room. I told him will pay extra charge as per room price but they told no room. But they didn't refund the money So we had to move from hotel at night 8 pm as we checked in hotel as 7 pm with all our luggage by carrying. Really really really bad experience. Due to this my mother and father feels very bad and not recommended to stay in this hotel. If you are booking this hotel... Go ahead with your own risk.

No hot water, bath gun pipe is creacked, very odd smell due to old furniture and cloth not changes., no tv, ac remot not working, provide bedsheet inplace of blanket, bed sheet smell very dangerous. no Kitchen accessoriss provided, lot of cockroach in the kitchen area and very dangoudeius smell as drainage line infront of kitchen. Hotel is in very small places and gali. vehicle parking problem. sofa is old and damaged. not suitable for long stay. missing cleaness.

we paid Rs 1385 for 2 room for one night. ww have been given large space and good comfort. We submitted all necessary documents but the person charged us for FRRO registration while we were not aware of that from the beginning. Also after check-out they were asking Rs 300 for keeping our small luggage till evening of the same they. Overall the place was favourable to us.

Amazing!!!We planned to stay 3 days but we prolonged 3 days more because the resort was so comfortable!!! The room and the bathroom were very big, the bed incredible comfortable and it had a big balcony too. Quiet place in front of the beach, so incredible location too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved to stay there, thank you very much!
