I had an amazing experience in hotel starex. Hotel is very hygienic and all the staff members at the hotel follows proper covid guidelines during this covid period. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The best part of my stay was the food, i love it, yummy delicious food they served to me. Hotel is centrally located very near to all market places. As a business traveller i liked the location of the hotel as it is centrally located and connected to all business hubs in Gurgaon.

I love the hotel ambience and helping nature of hotel staff. They took care of proper COVID protocol and also I love the food they served to us, food quality is awesome, they have inhouse restaurant as well where you can enjoy delicious cusines. Hotel recommended to all the travelers. Hotel is centrally located and in front of Artemis hospital. All market places are nearby.

The hotel is located at a very good location and is very well maintained. The room was cleaned . everything was great but I am not giving 5 stars just for the small things that were missing like a mat in front of washroom and a refrigirator. otherwise it was good for the price. The staff was very polite and did interact with me very nicely.

the room was smelled and also mattress was not clean no one pickup call fir service also in my room i got cigrate in washroom.ac not working. and towels are missing. many time i ask but no one response.the manager said book with cash we will give good roomi was left the room after 3 hr and take room in another hotel.

The room and washroom, both are spacious, clean and economical. The stay was more than VALUE FOR MONEY and the staff was friendly. Even the breakfast was tasty. Best stay in Gurgaon in less than Rs category near Artemis hospital. Mr. Mahesh is so intelligent to handle the queries regarding stay.

3rd class hotel in service no one is responding on intercom, this is a lodge not a hotel, only for patient coming to Artemis hospital mainly Iraqi. my washroom exhaust got burnt while I was in the room and no one picking intercom. Rude behaviour of reception person.

Hotel staff behaviour and Hotel location is perfect, it is on main road easy to reach, car parking is ok, kitchen timing is 11PM last order this is Lil hardel, and most amazing thing is small developed gurden using front side space

Worsttttt experiences they are scam and fraud people.. save your money and book hotel somewhere else they will eat up your money and deny you for the checkin. Worst rooms, smelly rooms and worst experiences i have ever had.

Right opposite of Artemis Hospital. Courteous staff and management. Prompt service. I would definitely stay in this hotel whenever in Gurgaon. Daily cleaning. Also they have a decent size fridge which is a rarity
