Location is not in the actual city. It takes about an hour to reach the location from New Delhi railway station. Staff was friendly and understanding but you have to tell them everything and then only they will do it for eg. we did not receive any complimentary drinks on arrival and had to remind them almost every time we had interaction with them. There are no shops near the location as it is remote so don't expect you will have everything at your disposal.
