Cons- 1) Bachelors & tourist stay away, they have intime of 11:30 after that they dont allow you to checkin neither go out and come in which obiviously they havent mentioned in property rules 2) Geyser not working 3)rude staff & rude owner they dont care about your situation weather you are travelling or have some personal problems for reaching late they ask you to contact nearest police station (claiming you are in lucknow and thats how things work here) 4) watchman asks you to cancel your booking and read terms and conditions obivio no where they have mentioned in time 5)They inform you about intime and property extra rules after your booking and payment 6)Dirty matresses and bedsheets Pros-1) Safe for ladies (gated homestay) 2) Good place to stay if you are staying with your family (if aminities mentioned are in working condition) 3) Healthy complimentary breakfast Muskuraiye aap LUCKNOW me ho ! Not Good

not easily accessible, host don't pickup call for location confirmation, some basic amenities are also not available, limited food available else one need to walk alteast 800 meters. cleanness not upto mark..overall not recommended, choose only if you any work nearby the home stay. it was very tough to find location, no nearby happenings place.
