What could have been a memorable experience turned out to be a nightmare. Thanks to the receptionist who is not sure on how to receive a customer. She threatened to not stand by the booking though we have confirmation from goibibo even rooms are available. Not a professionally owned and will neither visit nor recommend it. Not a thoroughly neat stay as cockroaches were waiting, horrible. The linen and towels smell soiled even when we got it replaced couple of times, we used our own. The only plus point was its proximity to the beach. Of course there are quite a few options around. A very bad haunting experience, thanks to self assuming receptionist sushmita and the lady manager.

hotel manager behavior very bad. we book prepaid room but when we go check in hotel the manager deemand extra 1500 or 2000 money. when we Denny extra pay money he told he not provide room. he shown driver room. and hotel room toilet some item is broken. when we check out the hotel room he blame bedsheets is darty, toilet is darty etc many more things. and again he demand extra money. his language is very slang. he always demand extra money. we are very upset with his behaviour.I have already pay 2 days room. but when we check in he demad extra 1500 rupees and he collect extra 1500 rupee in cash

DO NOT BOOK!! One of the worst hotel to stay. I had booked for one night and was fed up with the service. 1. Rooms are dirty and stinky, 2. Covers are not clean, 3. Mattress is highly uncomfortable, 4. No intercom in room to call reception, 5. AC doesn't work, 6. Water bottles not provided, 7. Swimming pool is infested with algae, 8. Bathrooms are not clean, 9. No hot water in bathroom; in fact the next day before check-out, there was no water to wash my face, 10. Way too pricy for the rooms. In short, totally not worth it to stay. Awful and dreadful experience.

Rooms were in bad condition.there were no curtains to window. Toilet was in wrost condition,there was no lights in toilet & corridor.that was horrible stay ever! Hidden charges for swimming pool.parking is at our responsibility outside. No towel,soap, or anything given! Bathroom doors were having cracks,broken. Even room doors were in bad condition. we was afraid to stay but hadn't another option! don't make mistakes to stay here!!

alloted room number 21 is so dirty and there was no seat in the toilet which they fixed after complaining there was other partition door which goes to some store room where all house keeping materials are kept near the door which was smelling very bad. checked in at 3pm and checked out at 9 pm

Don't know about AC or non AC rooms. But it was one of the worst dormitory. Room and Bed was smelling so bad. Even bedsheets was not provided. Rest I have uploaded photos, once have a look you will understand automatically.

that was a great stay...have a pool and I stayed for 3 nights and all the facilities r good...the beach is near to the resort... you can have a great stay with less cost...enjoy the time

toilet condition very poor. bed and fan very far.bed sheet full sand. not cleaned properly. windows not grill. bathroom door can't lock.

Room are not clean and full of moustiques. It is so expensive (1200inr) compared with what we have seen in India.

don't ever choose dormitory here, it's the worst. room isn't clean and just forget about the washroom cleanliness.
