I had a terrible time at Super Collection O New Town AI Block. I am listing out some points.1. I did book the room for 3 people all from my family which included myself , my wife & Sister-In-Law. as well. Though I Produced the Adhaar Card of all three of us at the reception , The Person at the reception had his own doubts whether all 3 of us are from the same family. He kept on asking weird questions and was extremely impolite. It was disgusting.2. Though I had booked the room for 3 people, The room which they showed to us was very small and the Bed was not meant for 3 people. There was not even 1 sofa in the Room.All in all, It was a Terrible and Disgusting experience at Super Collection O New Town Kolkata. I would Urge people to refrain from booking this hotel. I am extremely disappointed.

Matress and blanket are not clear. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. TV was not working. Service was very slow. Only staff behaviour was good.
