Room has a double bed, ac ( disconnected probably because its Jan), a table, a chair, a side rack, mirror, blanket, torn towel, one small soap, bathroom does not have faucet (jet spray) in toilet section, no hot water.So its more like getting a bed to sleep on a proper towel, hot water shud at least be there.Water and food will be thru room service and paid.wifi is there but very disturbed.Nightmarish chk in as i had paid but hotel refused the booking id.No hot water in bathroom even in cold winter in kolkata.

hotel is near to air port road but initially I was denied check in due to booking id was showing on his system after calling customer care I got check in after 30 minute.Room was clean & spacious but cockroaches was there.room service was good but they do not give AC remote .food was nice .

Courteous staff. Had a glitch in the booking details match but the staff sorted it out immediately . Service was excellent including arranging a before-time-breakfast as had to checkout in early hours. The location is the only setback

My stay experience room is ok not excellent but there is no hot water no complimentary drinking mineral water even thy are not keeping any drinking water in room no glass which a basic need every hotel provide.

It was really nice staying there. The members of the hotel were too cooperative. Whenever we wanted something, we informed and we received it. The service was really smooth and quick. No delays at all.
