Checked in at night,staff were sleeping,asked me to take a room 1 floor down without giving any keys saying the room is open ,went down ,somebody already inside ,came back , gave me another room without keys . Aircondition not working,sheets torn with holes , no towels and soap and no water . Didn’t want to go into argument as all staff sleeping in reception and nobody bothered to get up . Woke up in the morning and rushed out of the shabby hole 😡

The rooms are very small unlike the photos they have put in. In the morning we got up with the sound of water leaking inside the bathroom due to the overflow of the tank. And for the whole four hours the water was continuously flowing and also filled the bathroom and some part of the room with water. The only good thing is that it is situated in the middle of the Lajpat Nagar Market. rest nothing is worth the money.

the pictures totally different from what this hotel actually looks like. it lies in shambles. had not we reached hotel late night, we would prefer cancelling our booking without refund and gone for some other hotel. even the basic things like towel, pillows and slippers weren’t available in washroom. ac also wasn’t working. in absence of ventilation it felt like we are in gas chamber.

I could not even stay for 15 minutes at this property. The linen was dirty, the towel was dirty. Room was small. The bed I did not even sit on it once. The entrance to it was like a hole in the wall. There was no A/C in the room. Please maintain sanitation and cleanliness.

A room full of all basic amenities in a neat and clean environment with fast room service and welcoming staff members is a treat to stay at. Easy accessibility by public transport is an added advantage. I had a wonderful time here.

I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. Rooms here are pocket friendly and are well kept. Hotel staff is kind to all customers. Hygiene and safety measures are followed strictly. I would definitely recommend. bed is awesome

An affordable place in the capital city. Rooms are well maintained and properly cleaned. I was able to reach the hotel easily via public transport. Hotel staff made my stay super comfortable with their quick room service.

Rooms are too small, bedsheets are dirty, there were stains on it, even they dont serve water. Pathetic staff, so rude. No TV , nothing. One of the worst propoerties one would go
