1 the hotel staff was refusing to check in when i reached the hotel reception. 2. after calling the call center for a long time they let me get a second one. 3. the hotel receptionist told me, you will have to pay extra because your booking is done at very less price so you have to pay me extra. 4. but despite my repeated refusals, he was not agreeing, so i said, i will call the call centre. 5. there was absolutely no hygiene in the hotel. there were ants and mosquitoes roaming around everywhere and because of this i could not sleep the whole night.

worst hotel plz don't stay there staff behavior too worst at the night time 11 pm i book this hotel with my family he told i don't give the room for u Reason is book rate is too low you give extra 1200
