One room that we booked had it’s AC leak water on the bed and the entire mattress was soaked in water But the stay was ruined because of the care taker who was drunk and fought with our guests. We were a wedding party and had booked 14 rooms. The care taker was extremely rude and disrespectful and made it very difficult for our guests to move around freely. In a drunk state he fought with one of our guests which was extremely embarrassing for us. Very bad customer service. Attitude of the caretaker

Hotel is good...little far from prime location but place is peaceful and we'll maintained. Staffs are quite not punctual and not co-operative. Early check-in and late check-out both are expensive

The room is good but the location is not so good. Its a bit inside from main road and even the google maps shows 2 differential locations for the building. Apart from that rest seems good.

the hotel stay was very horrible, i have booked the hotel for 560 rupees but when i went there, they charged me extra 640 for ac room. . i want to raise complaint on this stay.

I just checkin on 9.00 pm on nov 10th i asked extra two hours for checkout .ur receptionist charged extra three hundred but he didn't gave any receipt for that money
