Had to pay 449/- to get the room upon C/In. TV was not working, no remote for TV. They had changed the room after complaining to the reception. Bed cover was stained in new room, AC was Leaking, no hot water, no water supply in wash basin. I didn't made any complaints as we're tired after traveling also very much distressed about C/In experience.Only money minded service, what I felt is..!No positive service at all

this is not hotel it's "dharmshala" so they should charge even less. and I think they never heard a word like "cleaning"very dirty rooms and bathroom. no water supply. constant noise coming you can't sleep in that garbage room. we got fooled by photos and it was so last minute otherwise we would have not gone there for free also.just don't stay there.

even after booking and paying via UPI i had pay extra 1000 rs. at the hotel for checking me in. They are running a scam. please check into this a early as possible. Rooms are not clean, cockroaches are running all over the place. 0 Hygiene.

****ty place , they asked for extra money at chekin i came at 5am in morning and had no option than giving the money, also they dont have basic things like towel and toothpaste, i faced such issue for first time in my life

i checked in they told I'll hav to pay another 500 extra ! this is very unreasonable if any charges as such are to be applied may sure u mention it before if possible I'll be happy if I'm refunded with tht 500

No, it’s worst hotel. Very small rooms. Compared to that, charges are high.. location also not good.. bathroom is not good, minimum need I.e., synch itself not working .. very bad experience

Needs lots of proper cleaning of inside and outside the hotel !! Outside for should be allowed. And mainly use sanitizers and sanitize the rooms and wear masks !!!
