Townhouse Riddhi Residency

The property doesn't have a nameplate outside so it's difficult to find. Lot of traffic noise. They have a menu but many items are not available. At times even chef isn't available, so you may have to arrange your own food. The staff is rude and doesn't know how to interact cordially with the guests. The receptionist banged the phone on me the first time I ordered for room service. Didn't provide spoon to eat breakfast with, just asked me to make do with the situation. And then, later, at lunch time, completely refused to provide any food and asked me to get it from outside. It felt as if it was a huge excruciating task for them to listen to a customer for more than 2 seconds and to provide basic amenities. Kept banging the phone without apology. I don't know how they interact with other customers, but as a solo woman traveller, I personally didn't like their rude and insensitive behaviour. I felt humiliated. It's the first time I've experienced such a horrible stay anywhere, townhouse or not.

Worst service by this hotel. Not recommended to anyone. I want to share my exeperince that first i reached hotel and i have to wait for more than 45min for check in as they first denied and asked that no room available even i paid whole amount. After conversation they finally allow me to check in the room. So now i want to share the room experience that TV was not working, wall was dirty and no hand wash shop or liquid till next day morning. Even i called more than 5 times that we needed hand wash shop and need to repair TV but they only assured on call and no one came for both of the things. Washroom was not cleaned and hotel receptionist behave rudely with every guest.So i think yo"ll find good other hotels in that amount not choose this one. Thanks

the hotelier denied my entery,he kept me waiting outside for 2 hrs approx and was asking for more money, but thanks to Goibibo support team they got in touch with the receptionist and helped me check in that hotel without paying extra.... cleanliness, dirty linen, rude behaviour and unsafe for couples and families

The staff at hotel was courteous and helpful. The rooms are okayish. You get what you pay for. However, some rooms are pretty small and may not have windows. Location is good and checkout/in was fast.
