In the hotel, no lift, no health waset in the toilet, no hot water, intercom to contact receptionist, no proper lights in the room as well as toilet, Senior citizens we're allotted in 1st floor with no lift to cross 24 steps, staircase in damaged condition, old hotel constructed before 35 years, it is situated below the road level, no proper room service etc.

This is 3rd class hotel. i booked deluxe room. Earlier they refused to give me the room saying room is already given to someone. Luckily one room got vacated they alot me that room.
