I am dividing my views into following- 1. Location: next to lighthouse but sea view is available only from top floor as hotels are next side of road. 2. Rooms: Ok. not very good but clean. no tv facility. no intercom you have to run 3 floor down for water bottle. no jet is available in bathroom. It was very tough time. 3. Ameneties: NOTHING. No restaurant, no front office staff, nothing is available in room except bed. even they were not able to arrange cup of tea. No order, no food arrangement. 4. Breakfast: Worst. you will not get any option and whatever they serve will be waste of money. however Jose was very nice but he cant do anything for you. Two stars for him.

It was a fairly good experience.rooms were spacious.there was no cable TV channels available..the hotel attendent said it was on repair.also water is payable and there were no proper heavy curtains in the room to stop the sunlight which affected my sleep bed mattress quality was average and the hotel premises were very dirty.but overall the stay was ok for the budget. All rooms are sea facing with balcony which was the best part.

Hotek is good but firstly they gave us a filthy room .Door doesnot have lock .....not cleand ...But when we asked them to change and asked a good room then they easily change. so i can say they tried to granted firstly and then when we harsh lil bit .They behave properly. overall i can say its average stay there and there services too.

boodh bungalow.... not worth the money.. latch s broken... cleaning was not provided... the hotel smells very badly.... restaurant consists of two tables four chairs.... it is located in low lying area... so sea view is through a rat hole.... for this price you can find hotels with swimming pool and very good services...

The location of the hotel is excellent, owner is nice, but the building is not well maintained. Room has good view, but apart from that nothing. AC was not working properly, water heater was not working properly, no bedsheet provided. The boy at reception didn't understand English and Hindi.

Good hotel....we liked the room and service.Still they need to improve in Reception area n some electric work was going..... I liked the wall painting which they hav done Kathakali face....n beach we can sit in balcony n enjoy it. really we enjoyed it.... so i give ratings 4/5.

too poor, don't book here please, this is too old property, no cleanliness, no ambience, the room dosent have tv atleast, i booked here for 1355, the room is not for 500 atleast.
