Not a good experience…. 1) I requested specifically while booking for a room with a view but I wasn’t given that. It was basic close ended room.2) Bathroom door wasn’t closing properly.3) Bathroom window glass had a gap which was skeptical.4) I asked for towels night before they said it was not available and then in the morning I wanted to leave by 8 am but still they said no towels available. Luckily we had our towels!!5) Drinking water jug had particles in it. Also I asked for drinking water a day before checkout and the reception guy said to keep the jug outside the door so room service will fill it n give it back but no one came back. But when we checked out of the hotel and sat in the cab the room service guys came running asking for jug!! Heights of pathetic-ness.6) We asked for auto rickshaw and cabs for sight seeing but they were too overpriced (almost double). Seemed the hotel had bigg time commission!!We stayed here for 2 nights but prices were almost of a night at 5star hotel (comparatively in Mumbai)In short this is small hotel near Coonor Highway which is a route for OOTY-COONOOR. Food was basic homely types, but way too overpriced!!No proper parking facilities.We didn’t argue anything as we did not wanted to spoil our mood and waste our trip.

We had selected a semi deluxe room and to our surprise these were rooms with zero windows, no ventilation minimum requirement of chairs also not available Every time we had to ask even for a glass of hot water Very disappointed with the stay here, specially while with family
