I had a perfect stay..in this property. The new... refreshing room will takeout ur all day stress and tiredness within few minutes. If I say about the hospitality and services...persons with smiling face are always ready to serve u even in the Middle of the night. From me..best wishes to the Swarnam admin to bring up this kind of property in such a reasonable pricing. Although its a new setup and in near future you may bring this required change then also I am putting up my request..that please try to figure out for a dining option (Restaurant). Fooding will add more convenience to the people who will be staying here.

The hotel is new....so clean rooms , sheets etc. No provision of tea, food....even cold water. The bathroom got clogged after a bath .....instant geysers.....not very functional. Shower did not work. Approach horrible. Difficulty in reaching. But staff is polite and helpful. Maybe will be good in a while if they take the feedback and act on it. Ok for someone on a tight budget and not fussy.

the hotel is in a narrow road adjacent the metro station of the area. the service was ok. the room had a double bed with a dressing table, tv, ac, and lots of cabinets for storage of items. the bathroom was also good. it had geyser facility for hot water. the bathroom had naphthalene balls put all around to keep the cockroaches away. i had a short stay in the hotel but it went of well.

Location was good and safe and room was tidy. But check in process took time and it was not smooth. I was made to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes since the room was not ready even though booking was done and paid in advance. Better to improve amenities by providing drinking water and toiletries without being asked for it!

the location was very easy to access. The stay was average. the room smelled like cigarettes and when complained they sprayed the room with roomspray. The amenities were very basic just towel and soap. Hot water was available.

very worst maintenance unable walk the room area even informed the reception no response towels not provided use to get the reply sent laundries.even we got 1 towels with bad conditions

Hotel is close to ekaduthangal metro station. Hotel manage & staff were kind hearted. They offered good service. Rooms & bath room are new & clean. Very cost effective to stay.

Everything is good apart from the parking facility. Need to park the car near Ekkaduthangal Metro and walk for 100mts. Rooms and AC are good. Overall it's good for the money.

The location was very near to Metro . It very new property and very nearly maintained.. it was pleasant stay...for medium budgets it's a luxury stay.....Great maintenance..
